Cardwell holds an MBA from <a href="https://www.indwes.edu/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Indiana Wesleyan University</a> and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from <a href="https://www.valpo.edu/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Valparaiso University</a>.
